Elviria like most of the urbanisations that run along the coastal road is divided into two – beachside and mountainside. Although a small urbanisation, Elviria is packed with restaurants and bars, including tapas and Spanish ‘menu del día’ options, pizza, Chinese and British options, as well as some first class dining venues, including El Lago Restaurant, Nikki Beach and Da Bruno’s Italian in nearby Cabopino.

Elvira is located on the coast around 10 km east of Marbella and about 45 minutes journey from Malaga’s International airport.

Elvira, as with all of the Costa del Sol and Malaga region, enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ºC in summer.
