1. Prices
Prices displayed on the website of www.costadels.com are per property, and per night, unless otherwise indicated. All prices are in Euros unless stated otherwise. Prices include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without affecting existing reservations, except for any changes to statutory or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities.
Prices include full cleaning of the property before and after the arrival and departure of each guest, maintenance of the property, cost of water, electricity, gas, and internet. Extras such as parking, extra cleaning, cots, high chair, etc. are available at extra cost.

2. Conditions and Reservations Process
Once you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email with the property details and booking dates. This email will include instructions on how to reach the property. One of our team members will meet you at the property to hand over the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in: 17:00 – 21:00 | Check-out: 08:00 – 11:00
3. Payment Methods and Booking Fees
Payments for bookings must be made through www.costadels.com. Payment confirms your contractual agreement with CostadelS. The payment covers rental and cleaning fees. For cancellations refer to our cancellation policy. If booked through third-party providers (e.g. Airbnb) their terms and conditions apply.
4. Change of Reservation
Generally we cannot alter a reservation once confirmed. If you need to change any aspect of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
5. Cancellation Policy
For bookings made 365 to 14 days before check-in:
- Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of €1 applies for reservations made between 365 and 14 days before check-in.
- Payment: Payment must be completed no later than 14 days before check-in. The payment will be automatically charged to the credit card if not completed at least 10 days before check-in.
- Refunds: The €1 booking fee is non-refundable.
For bookings made less than 14 days before check-in:
- Payment: Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
- Refunds: No refund will be provided for cancellations.
If, due to circumstances, the property is not available for occupancy, CostadelS reserves the right to move you to an alternative property with similar characteristics at no extra cost. If CostadelS is unable to find a substitute location, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund will be made.
6. Access to the Property / Check-In
Check-in time is 17:00 – 21:00 on the first day indicated in your booking confirmation. Please notify us at least 2 days before your arrival and call us upon arrival to confirm. One of our team members will meet you at the property at the agreed check-in time.
7. Check-In Outside Ordinary Hours
If you require check-in outside of ordinary times please notify us at least 2 days in advance. There may be a fee for check-in outside ordinary hours.
8. Contract and Registration
Spanish regulations require accommodation providers to register guest information and share it with law enforcement authorities for all guests over 16 years old. Guests must send a photo of their passport, along with their email address and phone number, as soon as the booking is confirmed. Guests who refuse to comply will not be granted access to the property.
9. Departure / Check-Out
Check-out time is 08:00 – 11:00 on the last day indicated in your booking confirmation. Please ensure all keys are returned at check-out. A team member will meet you at the property at the agreed check-out time.
10. Check-Out Outside Ordinary Hours
If you need to check-out outside ordinary times, please notify us at least 2 days before your departure. There may be a fee for this service.
11. Cleaning and Linen
Full cleaning is provided before and after guest stays. Weekly cleaning is not included during longer stays (2 weeks or more). Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. We kindly ask guests to leave the property in a tidy condition, dispose of waste and clean dirty dishes before departure.
12. Special Requests
If you have any special requests or need additional services, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
13. People with Reduced Mobility
Some accommodations in our portfolio have easy access and may be suitable for those with special needs. For more information contact us at [email protected].
14. Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed is stated in the property description. Overcrowding may result in termination of the contract without refund and potential expulsion of unregistered guests.
15. Behaviour
Guests are asked to maintain respectful behaviour at all times. Disturbing neighbours or engaging in inappropriate conduct may result in expulsion without refund.
16. Prohibited Activities
- Damaging property or furniture
- Making noise after 22:00
- Organising loud parties
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Smoking indoors
- Bringing pets unless agreed in advance
- Using a charcoal grill
17. Additional Considerations
- CostadelS reserves the right to remove guests without refund if property rules are not followed.
- We are not responsible for theft, accidents, noise disturbances or any changes made to the property without prior notice.
- CostadelS cannot be held responsible for noise generated by urban works, road works or construction of new buildings.
- Some properties or features may be changed, replaced or removed at any time without prior notice.
18. Pets
Pets are generally not allowed. For guide dogs or special circumstances please contact us prior to booking at [email protected].
19. Complaints
If you have any complaints during your stay, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Claims made after your stay will not be accepted. Contact: [email protected].
20. Responsibility
- CostadelS takes no responsibility for lost or misplaced luggage, theft, damage or accidents not related to the management of CostadelS itself.
- CostadelS liability of any kind is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation.
- The guest agrees to make good use of the rented property, thereby exempting CostadelS from any liability.
- CostadelS reserves the right to update any of these terms at any time.
- Protection of users' personal data is in accordance with Norwegian Law on the protection of personal data (GDPR).
21. Use of Contact Information for Marketing
CostadelS may use contact information to send marketing communications to individuals who register on costadels.com or have rented a property through costadels.com. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us at [email protected]. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR. Contact information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
22. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo, Norway.
