What is the difference between Full Service and Costadels Self? +
With Full Service, Costadels handles everything — marketing, guests, pricing, compliance — and you receive 65% of each booking passively. With Costadels Self, you manage your own listing, communicate with guests and handle bookings yourself — paying 0% commission for a flat monthly fee from €20/month. Payments go directly to you via Stripe.
Which resorts does Costadels manage rental properties at? +
Costadels operates exclusively at Mar Menor Golf Resort (Torre Pacheco, Murcia) and Serena Golf Resort (Los Alcázares, Murcia). Both Full Service and Costadels Self are available to owners at these resorts. We may also be able to offer our services at other resorts — contact us at [email protected] to enquire.
Do I need a rental licence to rent out in Murcia? +
Yes. A holiday rental licence (VUT — Vivienda de Uso Turístico) is required under Spanish law for all short-term rentals in the Region of Murcia. With Full Service, Costadels guides you through the process. With Costadels Self, you are responsible for obtaining the licence — see our step-by-step guide.
Can I switch from Self to Full Service later? +
Yes. If you start with Costadels Self and decide you'd prefer us to manage everything, you can switch to Full Service at any time. Contact us at [email protected] and we will arrange the transition.
