2. What is the check-in procedure?

  • Standard check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.
  • Please let us know your arrival time minimum 2 days before arrival.
  • Call us upon arrival so we are sure you arrive on time.

3. Can I request an early or late check-in?

  • Standard check-in is 17:00–21:00. We can accommodate check-ins outside these hours.
  • Our partner Houses In The Sun will handle your request including the cost of this service.

4. What is the check-out procedure?

  • Standard check-out time is 08:00–11:00.
  • Please let us know your check-out time in advance.

7. What is included in the rental price?

All prices include:
  • Full cleaning before and after each stay
  • Water, electricity, gas and internet
  • Property maintenance
Extras such as extra cleaning, cots and high chairs are available at additional cost.

9. I want to rent out my property at Mar Menor or Serena Golf Resort — how does it work and what can I earn?

Costadels manages holiday rentals exclusively at Mar Menor Golf Resort and Serena Golf Resort. You earn 65% of every booking — no hidden fees, and the cleaning fee is completely separate and does not reduce your payout. We handle everything: marketing, pricing, Airbnb, legal compliance and guest communication.

Income depends on your property size, location within the resort and season. We offer a free personalised rental income estimate — no obligation.
