If your property does not already hold a Vivienda de Uso Turístico (VUT) licence, we will guide you through the application process with the Murcia regional government. This typically takes 4–8 weeks.
We create professional listings on Costadels.com and Airbnb, with high-quality photography, detailed descriptions and accurate pricing. Your property calendar is managed centrally to avoid double bookings.
Once live, Costadels handles all guest communication, booking management and coordination. Houses In The Sun manages check-ins, check-outs, cleaning and maintenance at the resort. You receive monthly income statements through your owner dashboard.
