The Space

the 3rd floor with a great view of a beautiful lake, private pool area, and the golf green on hole 13.

The Resort
The apartment is located within a gated community with 24-hour security. The two entrances are continuously manned by security personnel. Additionally, there are patrolling cars driving around the area.
There is an affordable and well-stocked supermarket on-site and more options in the nearby local towns. A good selection of all types of restaurants is located in the Boulevard area, just outside the gate.
There is a 5-star InterContinental Hotel just a 10-minute walk from the apartment with restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The hotel also has a spa with revitalizing pools, sauna, steam room, lifestyle showers, relaxation room, fitness area, and a range of spa treatments. Additionally, there is a large outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, and jacuzzi. Residents (and their guests) can use the hotel’s leisure facilities at a reduced price.
Within the area, there is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course that will challenge all levels of golfers. In the vicinity, there are many different high-standard golf courses.

The Areal
Mar Menor Golf Resort is very centrally located with good road connections to other destinations such as Cartagena, which is a 20-minute drive away. Cartagena is a beautiful city full of historic buildings, winding streets, restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. We highly recommend a visit.
La Zenia Boulevard (shopping center) is a 30-minute drive away and very popular with guests who like to shop. It is a large open-air complex with all the Spanish high street fashion brands you would expect to see, such as Zara, Mango, Stradivarius, etc. Here you can also relax and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. Or for those who love the beach, the local beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find a selection of modern and typical Spanish restaurants.
The main airport in the area is Alicante Airport, which is 100 km away from Mar Menor Golf Resort.
