1. Prices

Prices displayed on the website of www.costadels.com are per property, and per night, unless otherwise indicated. All prices are in Euro’s unless stated otherwise. Prices include all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change at any time without affecting existing reservations, except for any changes to statutory or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities.

Prices include full cleaning of the property before and after the arrival and departure of each guest, maintenance of the property, cost of water, electricity, gas, and internet. Extras such as parking, extra cleaning, cots, high chair, etc. are available at extra cost.

2. Conditions and reservations process

Once you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email with the property details and booking dates. This email will include instructions on how to reach the property. One of our team members will meet you at the property to hand over the keys, show you around and answer any questions you may have.

3. Payment methods and booking fees

Payments for bookings must be made through www.costadels.com .Payment confirms your contractual agreement with Costadels.

The payment covers rental and cleaning fees.

For cancellations refer to our cancellation policy.

If booked through third-party providers eg Airbnb their terms and conditions apply.


4. Change of reservation

Generally we cannot alter a reservation once confirmed. If you need to change any aspect of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@costadels.com


5. Cancellation Policy
The following terms apply to cancellations:

For bookings made 365 to 14 days before check-in

  • Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 1 EUR applies for reservations made between 365 and 14 days before check-in.
  • Payment: Payment must be completed no later than 14 days before check-in. The payment will be automatically charged to the credit card if not completed at least 10 days before check-in.
  • Refunds: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 14 days before check-in.

For bookings made less than 14 days to 3 days before check-in

  • Payment: Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
  • Refunds: No refund will be provided for cancellations.

If, due to circumstances, the property is not available for occupancy, Costadels reserves the right to move you to an alternative property with similar characteristics at no extra cost. If for any reason we are unable to relocate you or provide you with alternative property, Costadels reserves the right to relocate you at no extra cost. If Costadels is unable to find a substitute location, the reservation will be cancelled and a full refund will be made. However, if a reservation is cancelled due to causes attributable to are to the guest or his personal circumstances, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

6. Access to the property / Check-in

Check-In Time 17.00 – 21.00 on the first day indicated in your booking confirmation.

Please notify us at least 2 days before your arrival and call us upon arrival to confirm.

One of our team members will meet you at the property at the agreed check-in time.

Please let us know what time you arrive, minimum 2 days before your arrival.

We would also ask you to call/text us upon arrival time so we are sure that you arrive on time.

7. Check-in outside ordinary check-in time

If you require check-in outside of ordinary times please notify us at least 2 days in advance.

8. Contract and registration

Spanish regulations require accommodation providers to register guest information and share it with law enforcement authorities for all guests over 16 years old. Guests must send a photo of their passport, along with their email address and phone number, as soon as the booking is confirmed. See more details in the welcome message you will receive right after booking. Guests who refuse to comply will not be granted access to the property.


9. Departure from the property / Check-out

Check-Out Time 08.00 – 11.00 on the last day indicated in your booking confirmation.

Please ensure all keys are returned at check-out.

Notify us of your intended check-out time as soon as possible.

A team member will meet you at the property at the agreed check-out time.


10. Check-out outside ordinary check-out time

If you need to check-out outside ordinary times, please notify us at least 2 days before your departure.

11. Cleaning and linen

Full cleaning is provided before and after guest stays.

Weekly cleaning is not included during longer stays eg 2 weeks or more.

Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.

We kindly ask guests to leave the property in a tidy condition, dispose of waste and clean dirty dishes before departure.

13. People with reduced mobility

Some accommodations in our portfolio have easy access and may be suitable for those with special needs. For more information contact us at info@costadels.com.


14. Number of guests

The maximum number of guests allowed is stated in the property description. Overcrowding may result in termination of the contract without refund and potential expulsion of unregistered guests.


15. Behavior

Guests are asked to maintain respectful behavior at all times. Disturbing neighbors or engaging in inappropriate conduct may result in expulsion without refund.


16. Prohibited activities

  • Damaging property or furniture.
  • Making noise after 22.00.
  • Organizing loud parties.
  • Engaging in illegal activities.
  • Smoking indoors.
  • Bringing pets unless agreed in advance.
  • Using a charcoal grill.

17. Additional considerations

  • Costadels reserves the right to remove guests without refund if property rules are not followed.
  • We are not responsible for theft accidents noise disturbances or any changes made to the property without prior notice.
  • Costadels cannot be held responsible for noise generated by urban works, road works, alterations or construction of new buildings and other nuisance caused by external factors.
  • Costadels cannot be held responsible in case a specific property is not suitable for occupation due to violence, major acts of God, etc.
  • Some properties or features may be changed, replaced or removed at any time without prior notice.

18. Pets

Pets are generally not allowed.

19. Complaints

If you have any complaints during your stay, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Claims made after your stay will not be accepted.

20. Responsibility

  • Costadels takes no responsibility for lost or misplaced luggage, theft, damage or accidents not related to the management of Costadels itself.
  • Costadels liability of any kind is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation.
  • The guest agrees to make good use of the rented property, thereby exempting Costadels from any liability; the guest may be responsible for damage caused intentionally or otherwise by improper use of the accommodation.
  • Costadels reserves the right to update any of these terms at any time if required in accordance with the activity of Costadels.
  • Protection of users’ personal data by Costadels is in accordance with the Norwegian Law on the protection of personal data, we inform you that your details are kept in the file for which Costadels is responsible, the purpose of which is to manage the property.
  • It is also used, and provided that the customer has been listed, to report related services, offers and marketing campaigns.
  • The online booking of user services is voluntary with the provision of personal data (henceforth personal data) whose sole purpose is to complete the booking.
  • The data performed by the payment card company, in a payment gateway belonging to the bank with which it has subscribed to this service company or done in a secure environment, in which case Costadels will not know such data.
  • System users online reservation guarantee and, in any case, the veracity, accuracy, validity and the authenticity of the personal data, and adhere to keep the company informed.

21. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo Norway.
