Who manages what

Costadels manages all marketing, bookings, pricing, and owner communication. We also handle guest enquiries, process booking payments, and oversee the entire rental experience.

At Mar Menor Golf Resort, our exclusive on-the-ground partner is Houses In The Sun. All property owners we work with must have, or enter into, an agreement with them — this cost is the owner's responsibility. Houses In The Sun takes care of guest check-ins and check-outs, cleaning, and other on-site services.

Property owners cover the following direct expenses themselves at their own expense

• The first cleaning of the Rental Object
• Photography/video of the Rental Object
• Property manager and cleaner as agreed with the Rental Advisor
• Rental license and digital access for registering tenants, based on Spanish government requirements
• Other costs such as the operation and maintenance of the Rental Object
