1 Prices
Prices displayed on www.costadels.com are per property per night unless otherwise indicated All prices are in Euros unless stated otherwise and include all applicable taxes Prices are subject to change at any time without affecting existing reservations except for any changes to statutory or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities

Prices include full cleaning of the property before and after guest arrival and departure maintenance as well as costs for water electricity gas and internet Extras such as parking additional cleaning cots and high chairs are available at an extra cost

2 Conditions and Reservation Process
Once you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email with the property details and booking dates This email will include instructions on how to reach the property One of our team members will meet you at the property to hand over the keys show you around and answer any questions you may have

3 Payment Methods and Booking Fees
Payments for bookings must be made through www.costadels.com Payment confirms your contractual agreement with Costadels

The payment covers rental and cleaning fees
For cancellations refer to our cancellation policy
If booked through third-party providers eg Airbnb Booking.com their terms and conditions apply.

4 Change of Reservation
Generally we cannot alter a reservation once confirmed If you need to change any aspect of your booking please contact us as soon as possible at info@costadels.com

5 Booking Fee Payments and Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of €1 applies to all reservations made up to 6 days before the check-in date

Payments
You will receive an email reminder 14 days prior to check-in indicating the need to complete payment for your booking
Payment must be completed no later than 6 days before check-in
If you have not completed the payment manually it will be automatically deducted from your payment card 5 days before check-in
If there are insufficient funds on your payment card you will receive an electronic invoice If the invoice remains unpaid the payment will be sent to collections

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days before check-in
No refund for cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in

If due to unforeseen circumstances the property is unavailable Costadels reserves the right to move you to an alternative property of similar characteristics at no additional cost If no substitute is available a full refund will be issued.

6 Access to the Property Check-In
Check-In Time 17 00 – 21 00 on the first day indicated in your booking confirmation
Please notify us at least 2 days before your arrival and call us upon arrival to confirm
One of our team members will meet you at the property at the agreed check-in time.

7 Check-In Outside of Ordinary Check-In Time
If you require check-in outside of ordinary times please notify us at least 2 days in advance

8 Contract and Registration
Spanish regulations require accommodation providers to register guest information and share it with law enforcement authorities for all guests over 16 years old Guests must send a photo of their passport information at least 7 days before check-in Guests who refuse to comply will not be granted access to the property.

9 Departure from the Property Check-Out
Check-Out Time 08 00 – 11 00 on the last day indicated in your booking confirmation
Please ensure all keys are returned at check-out Notify us of your intended check-out time
A team member will meet you at the property at the agreed check-out time.

10 Check-Out Outside of Ordinary Check-Out Time
If you need to check-out outside ordinary times please notify us at least 2 days before your departure An additional fee may apply.

11 Cleaning and Linen
Full cleaning is provided before and after guest stays Weekly cleaning is not included during longer stays eg 2 weeks or more Extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost
We kindly ask guests to leave the property in a tidy condition dispose of waste and clean dirty dishes before departure.

12 Special Requests
If you have any special requests or need additional services please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

13 People with Reduced Mobility
Some accommodations in our portfolio have easy access and may be suitable for those with special needs For more information contact us at info@costadels.com


14 Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed is stated in the property description Overcrowding may result in termination of the contract without refund and potential expulsion of unregistered guests.

15 Behavior
Guests are asked to maintain respectful behavior at all times Disturbing neighbors or engaging in inappropriate conduct may result in expulsion without refund.

16 Prohibited Activities
Damaging property or furniture
Making noise after 22 00
Organizing loud parties
Engaging in illegal activities
Smoking indoors
Bringing pets unless agreed in advance
Using a charcoal grill

17 Additional Considerations
Costadels reserves the right to remove guests without refund if property rules are not followed We are not responsible for theft accidents noise disturbances or any changes made to the property without prior notice.

18 Pets
Pets are generally not allowed For guide dogs or special circumstances please contact us prior to booking.

19 Complaints
If you have any complaints during your stay contact us immediately We will do our best to resolve any issues Claims made after your stay will not be accepted.

20 Changes of Accommodation
In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to move guests to an equivalent or higher-level property or issue a full refund.

21 Responsibility
Costadels is not responsible for lost or misplaced luggage theft or accidents unrelated to our management Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation.

22 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Norwegian law Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oslo Norway.
