The Space
This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has a capacity for 4 people and is located in the
popular Mar Menor Golf Resort. The apartment has a southeast-facing location on
the 3rd floor with a great view of a beautiful lake, private pool area, and the golf green on hole 13.
The apartment has a spacious 28 sqm terrace with direct access from the living room/kitchen and master bedroom.
The property is equipped with the following: Internet (WiFi), elevator, free parking outside, swimming pool with children’s pool right outside the apartment. Master bedroom with double bed, nightstand, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet,
double sink, and electric towel dryer. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds that can be combined,
nightstand, dresser, wardrobe, adjoining bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, and sink. Kitchen with
dishwasher, washing machine, wine cooler, and microwave. Living room with dining table and 4
chairs, large sofa, TV with international channels. 28 sqm terrace, southeast-facing with dining table,
5 chairs, 2 comfort chairs, footstool, and side table.

The Resort
The apartment is located within a gated community with 24-hour security. The two entrances are continuously manned by security personnel. Additionally, there are patrolling cars driving around the area.
There is an affordable and well-stocked supermarket on-site and more options in the nearby local towns. A good selection of all types of restaurants is located in the Boulevard area, just outside the gate.
There is a 5-star InterContinental Hotel just a 10-minute walk from the apartment with restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The hotel also has a spa with revitalizing pools, sauna, steam room, lifestyle showers, relaxation room, fitness area, and a range of spa treatments. Additionally, there is a large outdoor swimming pool, children’s pool, and jacuzzi. Residents (and their guests) can use the hotel’s leisure facilities at a reduced price.
Within the area, there is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course that will challenge all levels of golfers. In the vicinity, there are many different high-standard golf courses.

The Areal
Mar Menor Golf Resort is very centrally located with good road connections to other destinations such as Cartagena, which is a 20-minute drive away. Cartagena is a beautiful city full of historic buildings, winding streets, restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. We highly recommend a visit.
La Zenia Boulevard (shopping center) is a 30-minute drive away and very popular with guests who like to shop. It is a large open-air complex with all the Spanish high street fashion brands you would expect to see, such as Zara, Mango, Stradivarius, etc. Here you can also relax and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants. Or for those who love the beach, the local beaches are a 10-minute walk away. Here you will find a selection of modern and typical Spanish restaurants.
The main airport in the area is Alicante Airport, which is 100 km away from Mar Menor Golf Resort.
