• Costadels ensures a high rental rate and optimal prices.
• The property is promoted and marketed via www.costadels.com and external portals like Airbnb.
• We use professional marketing to promote the property. Our main channels are Google and social media.

Personal follow-up
• Costadels follows up with the owner, the property, and the tenant in close cooperation with a local manager.
• Costadels is primarily responsible for following up with the owner, the owner agreement, and payments. Additionally, Costadels manages tenant follow-up and bookings.
• The manager is responsible for tenant follow-up during the rental period. The manager meets the tenant personally for check-in and check-out, reviews the property and house rules, and handles key exchange.

Safe and responsible
• Costadels is a Norwegian company that complies with applicable laws and regulations in Norway/EU.
• We ensure transparency and full openness regarding finances.
• The owner has access to income reports showing turnover and the basis for the revenue split between owners and Costadels.
• The owner has access to a personal calendar to track external bookings and manage personal bookings.
• All payments and settlements are digital and traceable.
